Fred Bumpass, CPA

Fred Bumpass has a real passion to help his clients keep more of what they earn and thereby build their personal wealth. As a Certified Public Accountant, Fred uses creative and proactive tax planning ideas to make sure that the lowest amount of taxes are being paid. This is not accomplished simply by putting the right numbers in the right boxes at tax time (recording history), but rather by reviewing the client’s entire income tax and estate situation before the end of the year while tax saving strategies can be implemented and tax savings enjoyed (writing history).

Fred also uses his many years of experience in personal finance training to equip his clients to better handle their remaining money after paying taxes. Through his years of working with thousands of small business owners and individuals in his CPA business, he saw that the majority of people did not have trouble earning income but rather keeping more of what they had earned. He has created an effective seminar series and online tools designed to give people a practical roadmap to financial freedom, using a unique approach to the earning and spending cycle.

In the business world Fred served as the financial and operational controller for an architectural/engineering firm, which provided him hands-on experience of how to operate a business for profit and efficiency. This experience adds to his ability to effectively serve as an outside CFO and COO for business clients.

Fred received his B.S. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and became a Certified Public Accountant. His broad public accounting experience has ranged from a large local firm to a two-man partnership and finally to building a successful practice as a sole practitioner.

Fred is also an international speaker, having taught financial principles to tens of thousands in India, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Peru and Venezuela.

Fred has been married to Marie since 1974 and they have two fine adult sons.
